All orders on HOB are shipped within 6-8 working days . In case of delay the client will be informed through email / call / message /Whatsapp .Once the order is been dispatched and we will notify the customer through tracking details on their registered mobile number one email Id. Orders can be cancelled on our discretion. The customer will be alerted for the same through whatsapp /message / call / email

Please be aware that we are unable to alter shipping destinations once items have been dispatched.

Presently, each order is eligible for shipment to a single destination address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, we kindly ask you to place distinct orders.

We are committed to delivering each item within your order within 6 to 10 working days from the order placement date, encompassing processing time. However, there may be instances where a longer duration is necessary, especially when production or procurement is involved.

Although our goal is to ship all items within a single order together, this may not always be feasible due to product attributes or availability.
